Signature Cocktails
Big Dog Margarita
- 1 1/2oz. El Perro Grande Blanco Tequila
- 1oz. Cointreau Orange Liquor
- 3/4oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4oz. Agave Syrup
All ingredients shaken with ice to chill. Strain and serve in your favorite glass with fresh ice, a salt rim and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
No Matcha Guey!
- 1 1/2oz. El Perro Grande Blanco Tequila
- 1 heaping bar spoon of powdered matcha
- 3/4oz. Honey
- 2oz. preferred milk
Shake and top remainder of glass with frothed milk.
Serving Suggestions
Temperature: Slightly chilled to 60 degrees
Pouring: We recommend pouring from the back of the bottle
Glassware: Riedel Bar Tequila Glass, champagne flute, or Glencairn Glass
Ay Ay
- 1 1/2oz. El Perro Grande Reposado Tequila
- 1/2oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2oz. Agave Syrup
- Dash of Ground Cinnamon
All ingredients shaken with ice to chill. Strain and serve over fresh ice and top with a cinnamon stick.

- 1 1/2oz. El Perro Grande Reposado Tequila
- 1/2oz. Triple Sec.
- 3/4oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2oz. Agave
- 1/4oz. Dragon Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 One Bar Spoon- Activated Charcoal
